Any offer or delivery of branded tyres that have not been placed on the market within the European Economic Area by or with the consent of the manufacturer infringes upon trademarks and is therefore prohibited.
If De Klok Banden BV becomes aware of any trade of tyres infringing trademarks of any manufacturer (including but not limited to: Michelin, Pirelli, Vredestein, Goodyear, Dunlop Bridgestone), it will within 7 days after it becomes aware of this infringement, send a written notice to the manufacturer which includes the name and contact details of the supplier, as well as send a written warning notice to the supplier and the recipient with copies to the relevant manufacturer.
If a seller of infringing tyres receives 3 warning notices in 5 years, this seller will be banned from trading with De Klok Banden B.V.
Manufacturers will, from time to time, make test purchases on the platform.
